The ongoing NAB investigation into the return of the public by making medicines expensive has made significant progress. Due to lack of evidence, nab dropped former federal minister Amir Kayani's name from the case.
According to sources, PTI leader Amirkayani got a clean chit in the case of making medicines costlier.
The minister did not play a role in the price hike of drugs published by NAB sources.
It should be noted that Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Justice Retd Javed Iqbal had directed an inquiry by NAB Rawalpindi against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Union Secretary General and former Federal Minister for National Health Amir Kayani.
Nab had received complaints against Amir Kayani. An inquiry was ordered after confirming the complaints against Amir Kayani.
Amir Mahmood Kayani had also resigned from the ministry to ensure transparency in the inquiry.
